1992: Bontrager Cycles expands from a one-man custom frame shop to a limited production facility based in Santa Cruz, CA.

1993: Starting with stems, Bontrager Cycles begins developing a range of lightweight bicycle components, including handlebars, seatposts, bar ends, and saddles, all built to Keith's strict standards for strength and fatigue resistance.

1994: Bontrager's contribution to bicycle design and engineering is recognized by his induction into the Mountain Bike Hall of Fame.
